Make a Spark for America…

American Flag4th of July….it’s here already…..it’s almost Christmas…yeah..I said the “C word”..

It’s time to celebrate the land of the free and the home of the brave….Happy 4th  of July … and may God Bless America!!  So, I know there will be tons of gatherings on this day…people getting together with family and friends… having amazing food, drinks, and yummy desserts…

Sparkler

One of my favorite things as a child was the fireworks…especially Sparklers….there is something about being able to hold that Sparkler…and it’s all bright and snapping…and just before your about to scream to your Dad (because Moms usually aren’t the ones handing their kids something flammable, unless your me..) that its going to burn your hand….it goes out…and you want another one…and…another one…. So, I thought it would be fun to make a printable Sparkler Holder…

This is really a quick and easy thing to do….anyone can do it…and you should…cause what’s 4th of July…without some Spark… Print this free printable out on some heavy card stock ….Light Me…..

After printing….grab a small craft knife and cut 2 small (I said.. small) slits in the holder….along the center of the  star line 1 on top line and 1 on the bottom line….like this….simple right…..

Then cut out the holders out from the paper….I guess I better mention…Not to do fireworks in your hood…if they don’t allow them…but back to making fun….

After cutting the holders and grab your Sparklers and begin inserting into holder… I used 2 Sparklers….but you can do as many as you wish….

And done….told you this would be fast and easy…gather together with some ribbon and a matches… or pile them in a basket..or put them at a place setting….and you are ready….set….spark…Happy Independence Day!
